Greg Hill’s short film, “Unbearable Lightness of Skiing,” is not boring. Instead, if you’re indeed a mountaineer, you’ll find yourself pulled into the well crafted and compelling story of Greg’s quest for mountain experience.

This weekend is the third annual 24 Hours of Sunlight endurance ski race, at our nearby Sunlight Resort. Things have really ramped up this year. They’ve got upwards of 276 racers registered as of this morning, in 79 teams.

24 Hours of Sunlight is happening this weekend. In case you live under a rock, this is the ski race where you spend 24 hours climbing up and descending, and see who can do the most vertical in that time. It’s brutal and fun — at least fun for the first half hour.
