"The terrain isn’t that challenging but you don’t need it to be with the quality of powder on the ground."

That's precisely why we gambled and went to Hakuba. Make sure you post some pictures of a hockey stop turn at 35 degrees.

J,

Can't wait to check it out with my buddies coming in from Call. Great place to meet half way from Denver so they can wreck themselves in foam before they wreck themselves everywhere else. Where are the outtake vids?

Jordan, if it's your first time in Hokkaido you will be blown away. The terrain isn't that challenging but you don't need it to be with the quality of powder on the ground.
You really need to know where to go for the real goodies. If you head to Niseko, drop into Shinsetsu Guides and ask for Ross or Adam. They will take you off the beaten track and into some of the deepest pow available.
If you are travelling around you must hit Tokachidake and Asahidake
Enjoy.

Never tried a back flip on the hill, but tried a front flip once. My buddies and I did lots of 360s, but only off natural jumps, cat tracks, and in mogul lines. No terrain parks existed when we learned how to handle air. My friend once went to Woodward. He said he was the oldest guy in there, but definitely had a blast. Nice post on a cool training facility.
