That&#039;s a lot of close calls. The incident at Apache Peak sounds really scary,  those guys were lucky.  Are there particularly dangerous conditions this year? Or are more skiers just willing to stick their necks out these days? Or did stuff like this always happen but now there is better reporting to the CAIC?</description>
