bahh, a tuck is easy on a fitball, skinning with heel lifters up on a fitball is a lot harder. :getlost:

Anyone remember the Shane Mckonkey workout regime from Powder magazine? It involved having your buddy drop a barbell on your head to mimic getting whacked by the restraining bar while getting on the chairlift and other such hilarities...

I do a lot of balance work on a slackline, indo board and i've tried the fit ball (don't own one though) they all help me keep my stabilizing muscles strong. I have bad knees from soccer and this keeps me on the mountain. I highly recommend this type of work out, and it's fun!

Besides generally just being in the way, my fit ball is mostly a toy for our two golden retrievers. It has never occurred to me to try to stand on it. It helps to keep the dogs from pestering me...so, I guess its good for something.
