Greg Hill in the lead, other contenders close behind him. His first lap was 35 min. 1,500 vertical. Super cold, will be below zero tonight. We’re helping Andrew and Poly with support, our team (Generation Gap) is hanging in there. Check out the amazing web realtime results here as the race progresses (this may not work because of cold computers here at the race, but check back). Hill is gunning for 50,000 vertical in 24 hours, a world record! I’ll have to pull my laps this afternoon and a few tonight if my ravaged lungs are up for it. Whatever, adventure is where you find it!
