The 24 Hours of Sunlight uphill/downhill ski race is a fund raiser for the Heuga Center for multiple sclerosis . Along with the race, they’re having a gala replete with silent auction and Ed Viesturs slideshow. I’m tagged to help MC the event (don’t know exactly what that means, so we shall see), but the star of the show is Viesturs, who’s incredible quest to climb all 8,000 meter peaks is a story I can’t wait to hear him tell in person.
